2008 LA/SGV Beautification Awards Online Entry Form
INSTRUCTIONS
Please complete the fields below. A project at a single address can be entered into multiple categories; but each category entry requires an $85 fee. (This year we are pleased to offer a discount for contractor’s who are entering the same property into multiple categories. The first entry fee is $85, with each additional entry for that same property being $65.)
Only dues-paid, Regular Members of CLCA are eligible to enter. No project can be over two (2) years old since completion, unless being entered into a commercial or residential maintenance category. For “Renovation” entries, please send “BEFORE” picture electronically (via email) or mail with your payment to:

All entries must be received by April 30, 2008, as judging occurs May 16,17 & 18 for Lighting and Water Features, and June 6, 7 & 8 for Landscape Maintenance and Installation. There is an additional $50 fee (in addition to entry fee) for projects outside the LA/SGV area.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Having signage, or vehicles with your name or logo, on site during the days of judging will disqualify your entry.
We reserve the right to refuse any entry where unusual logistics for judging occur, or for incomplete applications. We also reserve the right to refuse any entry where the project property owner has not signed the required signature page and is not aware of the property access requirements of judging.
